Contact information (name, email, telephone, address); property information you provide; financial information relevant to transactions (proof of funds, affordability checks, mortgage details); usage data (IP, browser type, cookies); and copies of communications you send us.
2 · How we use your information
To provide property sales, lettings and related services; process enquiries; share listings with property portals such as Rightmove and with professional advisors (solicitors, brokers, surveyors) where relevant; comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering checks; improve our services; and send marketing where lawful.

4 · Sharing your information
Rightmove and other property portals; IT, hosting and cloud service providers; lawyers, accountants, surveyors; lenders, brokers and referencing agencies; law enforcement or regulators where required. We will never sell your personal data.

Only as long as necessary — typically property transaction records are kept for 6 years in line with legal obligations.
6 · International transfers
We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA; where we do, appropriate safeguards apply.
7 · Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing (including marketing) and withdrawal of consent at any time — by emailing admin@brightimeuk.com.
