- Source suitable properties for customers
- Ensure the client database remains organised and up-to-date
- Target property owners who collaborate with other agents
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high-quality customer service and assistance
- Communicate with overseas buyers ahead of completion to understand their property plans
- Help buyers with mortgage, furniture and currency-transfer issues
- Understand clients' portfolios to offer assistance and grow the database and income stream
- Collaborate across teams for a proactive work environment
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in Mandarin and English
- Strong sales and customer-service skills — telesales beneficial, not necessary
- Real-estate experience advantageous, not essential
- Eagerness to accelerate personal development
- High integrity and diplomacy across departments
- Proactive, multitasking, organised planner
